====== The Badlands ======

On the west coast of [[comack_island|Comack Island]] is a region known as the Badlands. This area was the site of several ancient battles and is dotted with the ruins of long abandoned settlements. Although uninhabited by people, the Badlands are home to many wild animals and dangerous creatures.

During the events of the [[missing_fisherman|Missing Fisherman]] mission, a group of Irregulars traveled to the Badlands to find [[miles_trentworth|Miles Trentworth]]. They encountered an ankheg and several stirges and uncovered an underground ruin, into which Trentworth had fallen.

Some weeks later, when some of the same Irregulars returned to the Badlands, they met [[terwilligan|Terwilligan Swiftfeet]], a halfling bounty hunter. He assisted them in a fight against a flock of hippogriffs.
