 Corrin is a halfling rogue. He grew up with his family and extended family upon the water ways connected to Lakes Wintermist & Nen. An unwelome association with a young Halfling ranger (Merric), in Nenlast, resulted in him being banned from his family when he was 17 years old. The two went on to become good friends and parted company 6 months ago in Harkenwold, as Merric ventured into the Harken forest.  Corrin joined up with a group of adventurers called the [[kots|Knights of the Serpent]] and is currently on a mission with them.

+Greetings. I am Corrin Longriver. I am new to Lockenport and am quite excited by the prospect of exploring this f###ing amazing city, and the island it is located on.
+**Were you born in Lockenport, or elsewhere?**
+No.  Born and raised on the Nentir waterways, on the mainland, in the far north.
+**Do you have a big family? Do you stay in touch with them?**
+You could say I come from a large family. My parents, uncles, aunts, grandparents, and great uncles and aunts, and all their families live together on houseboats. They numbered about 53 in total, when I last saw them, living across seven houseboats. Pretty much travelling the waterways as a loosely knit group. Of course, that all feels like distant past now. My family have disowned me because of a boat burning incident incorrectly blamed on my best friend Merric. F###, that's all I feel like saying about it now. I last saw Merric ranging into the Harken forest many months ago, and I wonder how the crazy bastard is getting along; I guess he's the closest person I have to f###ing family now.

+I became a devout follower of Avandra whilst adventuring with the Knights. I was pleasantly surprised to learn just how much damn power those Gods wield.

+Famous? No.
+**What sort of education or training have you had?**
+I am mostly self-taught. Don't get me wrong, I learnt most of what I know from others, however it was through my commitment, hard work, and practice that I transformed those learnings into sh!thot skills.
+**Do you have a trade (other than "adventuring")?**
+If I have to, I can survive quite comfortably as a wealth redistribution agent.  It can be a risky and draining line of work which is why I prefer the adventuring.

+Not that I am aware of.
+**What style of clothes do you favour?**
+Something simple and functional, that blends in and doesn't leave a lasting impression.
+**Have you ever killed someone?**
+Yes. A number of people and creatures. It was all in the line of duty though. Those f###ers had it coming... mostly.
+**What is your opinion of the Lockenport authorities?**
+They seem relatively chilled, especially compared to the Thunderspire tyrants.  The streets of Lockenport appear to be brimming with opportunity.

+So no one mentioned the little detail regarding the undead horde invasion. Not that I'm overly concerned about it; I  f###ing love surprises! Oh, and I went shopping for some new gear; it turns out I had saved up quite a bit of gold from my missions. Got myself a new dagger, crossbow, bracers and armor. I guess we're going to war...
