====== Edgemire ====== {{ http://www.mcvae.com/The_Fishing_Village1.jpg?400}} Edgemire is a small fishing village located on the coast of the mainland, about 60 miles northwest of [[lockenport|Lockenport]]. Fifty miles further northwest lie the [[lezhar_marshlands|Lezhar Marshlands]]. A few centuries ago, the marshes extended as far east as Edgemire, hence the name of the village, but they have been receding steadily west ever since. The village consists of no more than a score of buildings, most of which belong to fishermen and farmers.
