Terwilligan Swiftfeet is a halfling bounty hunter, who spends most of his time hunting aberrant creatures in the Badlands of Comack Island. He helped a group of Irregulars deal with a flock of hippogriffs hunting in the pass to the west of Highwatch.

During a later mission, Terwilligan served as a guide to a group of Irregulars hunting a young behir in the Badlands.
